I had a pleasant stay where the comfy king room provided all the basics I needed, and I really appreciated having a microwave and fridge right there. After a day of exploring, I enjoyed some relaxing time by the pool and tried out the BBQ facilities, which were great. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall, it didn’t take away from my experience! 😊

Nothing extravagant, but this place had a comfy bed, quiet atmosphere, and clean room—exactly what was needed for a short trip. An upgraded mini fridge would enhance the experience, but the location near attractions made up for it. Happy with the overall value.

It was just a great fit for a brief retreat in Hot Springs with excellent value for money. The room was dated, but it was surprisingly quiet, which was nice after a long day. Make sure to check if they have a microwave beforehand.

Comfy spot with good vibes
I stayed here for 3 nights and found it super chill! Close to downtown but not too crazy. The bathtub was a real bonus! I also loved having a desk to work at and a big bed to stretch out in. The staff checked on me daily, which was nice. Just wish there were more outlets to charge my devices—only had two!

Perfect for a low-budget getaway
This place was close to downtown but away from all the noise. I gotta say, having a big bed to sprawl out in was a luxury. Plus, they actually had a ton of TV channels and a guide to help find what to watch. It's the little things that make a difference like that, right?
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what it offered, it was still good enough.

The size of the King Room delivered ample space, and the bed was quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive, checking in daily to ensure needs were met. However, the room lacked basic amenities like a telephone and iron, which detracted from the overall experience, along with the presence of a dead cockroach near the bed and unpleasant odors lingering throughout.

However, several issues clouded the experience. The room lacked essential amenities like hangers, and glaringly dated decor made it feel unwelcoming. I also encountered a broken dresser and a lingering odor from the bedding, which raised some concerns. Additionally, the bathroom only provided a half-used roll of toilet paper without any extras, and towels were limited to one small and one large, which felt insufficient for a family. The noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, disrupting any peace. The area outside didn't inspire confidence, with signs of a less-than-safe environment that made me reconsider taking the kids outside to play. Overall, it felt like a gamble that didn't pay off.

The mini fridge could use an upgrade.
